lyrics
A love that is passionate and fervent has been put to the test as two lovers must part. Can their love withstand the mighty storms of a turbulent Aegean Sea? Will the rolling mists envelop and shroud their devotion? A mountain lies between them but can the summit be reached in time? As the winds howl their lusty gales of destruction her sailing vessel oscillates on the brink of catastrophe. May the will of the gods enable him to complete the mountain accent! With the harbour in sight surely this flotilla can be spared.
Perhaps it lies with the decision of the flower.

The new live EP by Ryan W. Stevenson's project reminded me, that this debut album must have been gone down the wishlist... If instrumental Canterbury stuff is your thing, this should be a no-brainer. Firmly rooted in the past (late 60s, 70s), nevertheless with a fresh sound. Guests incude The Tangent's Andy Tillison and Soft Machine's Theo Travis. Carsten Pieper

Another stellar release from this long-lived ensemble. Though the King Crimson influence is obvious & that comparison unavoidable, these guys have made many great recordings that can't be categorized as 'mere copies'. The perfect balance of aggressive riffing and serene soundscapes. Stephen Roberts
